Cheese Fondue on Dutch Recipe
Before that, tried to cook cheese fondue several times, but apparently all the wrong recipes come across…. some sort of tasteless muck. And here-still decided on the old new year to realize a long dream-cheese treat! Would be very tasty.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Grate cheese on a large grater or finely cut.
  2. Grate the walls of the saucepan (fondue molds) with onion.
  3. Wipe corn flour through a sieve.
  4. Mix corn flour with gin until smooth.
  5. Prepare croutons: cut the bread into large cubes (about 2 cm by 2 cm), fry in a dry frying pan.
  6. Pour milk into the fondue form, turn on the burner and bring the milk to a boil, stirring constantly, so that no foam is formed.
  7. In the milk, ready to boil, add the cheese and, without ceasing to interfere, wait until the cheese begins to melt.
  8. When the cheese melts, add the cumin.
  9. Pour flour mixed with gin.
  10. And pepper to taste.
  11. Two or three minutes to wait, do not forget to stir, reduce the heat in the burner and start the meal: “plant” croutons on special sticks for fondue, dip in cheese, roll it well-and in the mouth! Do not forget to season the meal with friendly company, good wine, conversation and positive mood!
