Holidays are always associated with sweet treats: cakes, pastries, cookies… But no less delicious and will delight guests and such cupcakes, with cheese and eggs.
Turn on the oven to warm it up.
Whisk yogurt, eggs and vegetable oil.
In a bowl, mix the sifted flour, baking soda and salt.
Mix the chopped greens, mushroom powder, dried (fried) onions.
Add the dry mixture to the egg-kefir mixture.
Grate the cheese and chop the eggs. Add cheese, eggs and paprika to the dough.
Mix thoroughly and distribute over 2/3 of the volume.
Bake at 180-190 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until a “dry crust” forms.
