Instructions
First of all, finely chop the greens, then cut the cheese, as shown in the video, not very finely
Next, grate the cheese on a fine grater
We break one egg into a bowl, pour milk to it, add cheese, herbs, and cheese. Mix everything together
And add the sifted part of the flour and baking powder, mix everything with a spatula. Add the remaining flour and knead the dough
Roll out into a layer of about 0.5 -0.7 cm and cut into triangles
Fry in hot vegetable oil over medium heat on both sides until tender
