  1. First prepare the curd layer. Cream cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs lightly whisk until smooth.

  3. For the sponge dough, beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until a fluffy light mass is formed. Melt the butter and cool slightly.
  4. Continuing to beat, add the butter. Add the sifted flour with baking powder and mix. Pour the sponge dough into the mold. Smooth evenly with a spoon.
  5. Put a curd layer on top of the sponge dough. we spread beautiful patterns with a fork. Cover the mold with foil.
  6. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 55-60 minutes. 10 minutes before cooking, I removed the foil so that the top of the cake was browned. The pie turns out delicious both warm and cold.
