Separate the meat from the bones and cut into small arbitrary pieces.
Divide the cauliflower into small inflorescences and blanch in boiling salted water for a couple of minutes. Then cool by rinsing with cold water.
Cut the peeled potatoes into small arbitrary pieces.
Chop the greens (this time I have parsley) and garlic.
Put all our prepared ingredients in a deep bowl, add three tablespoons of sour cream. Add salt, season to taste and mix gently.
Add the grated cheese on a coarse grater and mix again.
Put a few tablespoons of chicken with vegetables on the squares of foil folded crosswise (divide the resulting mass by eye into 6 parts, I got 5 spoons in each). On top of each time we spread 3 halves of cherry tomatoes.
First, carefully wrap in the first layer of foil. Then the second one.
We put our bombs on a baking sheet and bake in the oven (170 degrees) for 70-75 minutes.
When serving, carefully unwrap the foil and form a beautiful pot out of it. Enjoy your meal!
