  1. Pass through a meat grinder 300 gr. chicken breast fillet. Next, skip the fresh cabbage (250 gr.) and white bread (20 gr.). Chop the dill. Add salt, ground black pepper and paprika (1 teaspoon) to taste. When fresh cabbage is passed through a meat grinder, a small amount of cabbage juice is formed. It should be drained. Mix the minced meat well.
  2. Moisten your hands with water, shape the cutlets, and sprinkle the cutlets with breadcrumbs.
  3. Add 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the pan.
  4. Fry the cutlets on both sides over medium heat.
