Instructions
Products.
Cut the chicken breast crosswise into 2 parts. Cut the fillet into pieces.
Add salt and pepper on both sides to taste. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
Grate the potatoes on a fine grater.
Put them on top of the breasts, add salt to taste.
Cut the green onion and put it on the potatoes, evenly distributing.
Cut the tomato into rings. Put the green onions on top.
Spread with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle everything on top with finely grated cheese.
Place in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 45 minutes.
