Sesame oil can be replaced with olive oil. Ginger is best used fresh. Mix soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.

Soak the chicken Breasts, cover with cling film and leave in the refrigerator for an hour and a half.
Preheat the oven to 190*C degrees.
