  1. Sesame oil can be replaced with olive oil. Ginger is best used fresh. Mix soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper. Garlic, pre-squeeze or RUB. We’ll RUB the ginger, too. Use ground black pepper.
  2. Soak the chicken Breasts, cover with cling film and leave in the refrigerator for an hour and a half.
  3. Preheat the oven to 190*C degrees. Put the chicken in a baking dish, season with salt, pour some of the marinade, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
  4. Every 15 minutes, take out and pour a few spoonfuls of marinade. I check the degree of readiness with a kitchen thermometer. For a chicken breast, it’s 77-83 degrees.
  5. In my opinion, this is one of the most juicy and delicious chicken Breasts.
  6. Serve with rice, for example. Bon appetit.
