Prepare all the ingredients. Potatoes are cleaned and put to cook until fully cooked.
Wash the chicken drumsticks and blot them with a paper towel. In a large bowl, mix the salt, seasoning, and garlic passed through the press. The resulting mixture is greased with chicken drumsticks. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Fry the shins in a pan until tender.
When the shins are cool, remove the meat from the bone and clean it.
Cut the meat into small pieces.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Finely chop the dill.
When the potatoes are ready, drain the water and knead.
Add the cheese, herbs, and chicken to the potatoes and mix everything well.
The resulting filling is divided into 8 equal parts.
Put 1 ball in the palm of your hand. Insert the bone and form a chicken drumstick.
Breading the resulting drumstick first in flour, then in beaten egg, then in breadcrumbs.
Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Put the shins and send them to a preheated 180 degree oven to bake for 15 minutes.
Chicken drumsticks stuffed with mashed potatoes in breadcrumbs are ready. I usually serve them with a light salad of vegetables (cucumber, tomato, lettuce). I’m sure your family will love this dish. Especially children.
