My portion is designed for a large company))) if necessary, I reduce the amount of ingredients)))
Put the chicken drumsticks in a convenient form for marinating. Season with salt and black pepper, rub your hands into the shins. Add soy sauce and lemon juice.
Add sour cream.
Mix thoroughly again and leave to marinate for 1-1.5 hours.
Meanwhile, prepare the mushroom gravy. Cut the onion into quarters of rings.
Heat the butter and vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add the onion and fry over medium heat until the onion turns golden.
Cut the mushrooms into large plates.
Add them to the frying pan to the onion, mix, cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes on low heat so that the mushrooms give juice. Do not forget to stir the sauce periodically.
Season with salt and black pepper, add dried green onions. Mix it. And remove from the heat.
Put half of the mushroom gravy in a baking dish.
Then pickled chicken drumsticks.
And again – mushroom gravy. Cover the mold with a lid and send it to the oven, preheated to 190 degrees, for 1.5 hours (for the last 30 minutes – remove the lid and let the shins brown, mixing them thoroughly in the mold).
Remove the finished chicken drumsticks from the oven and serve with your favorite side dish.
