  1. There are no special preparations in this recipe, so let’s start cooking immediately! Boil the rice and add dried fruits (raisins and chopped dried apricots). To add sweetness, add a quarter of a green apple!
  2. Squeeze the lemon juice, add spices, salt (1 tbsp.l.), sugar (1 tbsp.l.), 1 clove of garlic and 1 tbsp.l. olive oil to the juice. We smear the chicken well with our sauce and season it with a side dish with rice.
  3. Put the chicken in a baking sleeve (bag) and leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes.
  4. While the chicken is marinating, let’s do our second side dish – potatoes. Cut it into slices, add salt well, add spices to taste and a spoonful of olive oil. Mix everything thoroughly.
  5. We spread our chicken on a baking sheet, add potatoes to it. Put in the oven for 45 minutes at a temperature of 200 C. If you want the chicken to bake longer, put it in 45 minutes for 15 minutes at a temperature of 150 ° C for blowing (convection).
