Instructions
Cut the onion into small cubes, fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
In the meantime, wash, dry and cut the chicken liver into several parts.
Add the liver to the onion and fry for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
While the liver is fried with onions, grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Tomatoes cut into 4 parts, remove the stalks and cut into plates.
We transfer the fried liver with onions to a baking dish. Add salt ground black pepper seasoning crushed garlic. Mix it.
We spread tomatoes on the liver. Sprinkle with herbs.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and place in a preheated 200 degree oven for 10-15 minutes (see on your oven).
