  1. Rinse the liver, cut into 2-3 pieces, fry in preheated oil, sprinkle with flour.
  2. Very quickly fry a little (seconds) just so that it grabs on all sides.
  3. At the same time, we transfer the liver to a plate (with a slotted spoon).
  4. Randomly chop the onion and fry in the same oil (where you fried the liver).
  5. Add grated carrots to the onion.
  6. Fry the onion and carrot for a couple of minutes.
  7. Then add the zucchini.
  8. And also fry for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Then sweet pepper (cut everything arbitrarily)
  10. And fry for a minute or two.
  11. Then return the chicken liver to the pan and add all the spices (except salt).
  12. Mix it.
  13. Add ketchup and salt to taste.
  14. Mix it. Simmer all together for 7-8 minutes.
  15. Chicken liver with vegetables is ready. It turns out to be a completely independent dish, but you can also serve it with your favorite side dishes.
