Chicken Roll “Tenderness” Recipe
I propose to cook a very tender, delicious, juicy, and most importantly – a dietary chicken roll. This dish will take its rightful place on the festive table.

  1. Large fillet (350 g) cut lengthwise, without cutting to the end. Open it like a book and push it back a little. I had 2 small fillets. I slice them, lightly chop them off and fold them tightly together. Add salt and pepper to taste. You can add spices for meat.
  2. Grind 100 g of fillets in a blender together with half an egg and half an onion, grated on a coarse grater. Add salt and chopped herbs and mix.
  3. Put the minced meat on the edge of the beaten fillet. Roll it into a roll.
  4. Lubricate the foil with oil. Lay out the roll. Wrap it tightly. Then take another foil and roll out the second layer, twisting the edges like a candy.
  5. In boiling water, lower the roll wrapped in foil. Cook for 30 minutes over moderate heat.
  6. After 30 minutes, take out the roll, cool it. You can fry in vegetable oil until a beautiful golden crust, or you can leave, as I have, a dietary option, without roasting. Slice and serve.
