Cut the chicken breast not completely along the entire length and expand it like a book. Lightly beat off the flat side of the hammer, salt and grease with mayonnaise. You can replace it with yogurt or sour cream.
Grate the cheese and sprinkle it on top. Disassemble the tangerines into slices and spread out on the edge.
Roll tightly into a roll.
Wrap in several layers of film and along and across. Transfer to a baking dish, pour half a Cup of water on the bottom, cover with foil and place in the oven 180°C for 20 minutes.
Then remove the rolls, remove the film, sprinkle with grated cheese and send it to the oven for another 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
