  1. The chicken should be washed, excess fat removed, cut into portions and dried.
  2. Products. Wash, dry and clean.
  3. In a suitable dish, I have a ceramic-coated saucepan, you can take a cast-iron frying pan, melt the butter, put the chicken pieces skin down and fry on medium heat on both sides until light brown. Then cover and simmer the chicken over low heat until tender, about 20 minutes, depending on your chicken, dishes and plates. Chicken acquires an incomparable creamy taste
  4. Vegetables, except broccoli, cut into cubes, onions and carrots smaller, pepper to taste and potatoes medium cube.
  5. Put the finished chicken on a plate, add the vegetables to the pan and, stirring, fry them over medium heat. Turn off the heat, cover the pan with a lid. Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences and finely chop. Add the broccoli to the vegetables, cover with a lid. Boil water, whether it needs to be done in a kettle, and completely fill the vegetables with water. Add salt to taste.
