For this soup I use a set of trout soup-head, ridge, tail, fins. From this set, a very good fish broth.
To soup set add peeled onion, pepper (peas), water, salt, bring to a boil and cook until ready 30-35 minutes.
While cooking the broth, clean shrimp.
Peel and slice potatoes.
Slice the crab sticks, leaving a few pieces for decoration.
From the finished broth to remove the fish to separate it from the bones.
Drain the broth, onion can be discarded (but I left), add potatoes to the broth and cook until it is ready. Then add shrimp, bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Pull out a few pieces of shrimp for decoration.
Add crab sticks and fish, bring to a boil and remove from heat.
Grind the soup with a blender, add cream and warm over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Pour soup on plates, decorate with delayed shrimps and crab sticks, a sprig of dill.
