Ingredients
Chicken
(any chicken meat on bone: shin, femur, leg)
Potatoes

Onion
(small)

Tomatoes

Sour cream
(to taste, 150-200 g for about 2.5 liters of broth)
Greenery
Salt
Black pepper

Vegetable oil
Instructions
Approximately the amount of broth 2.5 liters: 3-4 potatoes, 2 onions, 2 tomatoes, 150-200 g sour cream, 600 g chicken.
Cook the chicken broth (I remove the skin), separate the chicken from the bones, divide into pieces of meat and put it back into the broth.
Then add the potato cubes, cook the soup for 10-15 minutes.
Then add diced tomatoes to the soup (I remove the skin), do not forget about spices.
When the potatoes are cooked almost to readiness, add cream, check for spices and simmer everything on low heat, literally, for a few minutes.
Then add the fried onion to the pan.
And at the end, add the greens.
The soup is ready!
