The good thing about such dishes is that you can put everything you have at hand, put it in the oven and do your own thing, and as a result – bam… and the festive dish is ready!!!

Add salt to the minced meat and mix well.
Cut the bacon into strips, put it on the bottom and walls of the mold.
Lay out the first layer of minced chicken.
Then a layer of carrots.
Grind again through a meat grinder.
Add the corn.
Grind again through a meat grinder. Cover the top with strips of bacon, spread butter over the entire surface.
Cover the mold with foil.
Put in the oven for 50-60 minutes.
During cooking, the juice will be released, which we drain. Turn the finished terrine onto a platter.
We eat both hot and cold terrine.
