This recipe bribed me with its simplicity of preparation and amazing taste. Chicken fillet in lemon-oil sauce turns out tender and very tasty!

  1. To prepare the products. Wash the chicken breast and dry it with a paper towel.
  2. Cut the chicken breast fillet in half lengthwise. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Roll generously in flour.
  4. In a frying pan, heat the olein oil and 1 tablespoon of butter
  5. Fry the chicken Breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side and put the fried Breasts on a plate.
  6. In the pan where the Breasts were fried, pour half a Cup of chicken broth, lemon juice and add the zest, put the remaining butter, bring everything to a boil and reduce the heat, boil for a couple of minutes. Then put the chicken Breasts in the sauce and cook for 3-4 minutes so that they are soaked in the lemon-oil sauce.
  7. Ready-made Breasts to serve with your favorite side dish, pouring sauce, they are very well combined with rice, spaghetti.
