  5. Before cooking, peel the pumpkin and celery, finely chop.
  6. Mix with vegetable oil, add lemon salt, put in a baking dish. Add cubes of Borodino bread (the second slice).
  7. On vegetables – chicken, garlic and chili. Cover the brazier with a lid. We send it to the oven, bake at a temperature of 160 degrees for 1 hour.
  8. Then brush with the resulting juice (several times in the process) and bake for another 30-40 minutes in an open form.
  9. Until a beautiful golden brown crust.
