For a few minutes, while we are engaged in vegetables, marinate pieces of chicken in any sauce (tkemali, ketchup, mayonnaise...), I have-homemade adjika.
Prepare the vegetables: chop the cabbage, cut the onions and potatoes, grate the carrots.
Spread the pieces of chicken on the pan and begin to cover with a" blanket " of vegetables: the first layer – onions, the second – carrots, the third-cabbage, the fourth-potatoes.
