We put the pieces of chicken in a frying pan and begin to cover with a "blanket" of vegetables: the first layer is onions, the second is carrots, the third is cabbage, the fourth is potatoes. Do not forget to add salt and season each layer with herbs or ready seasoning. Pour evenly over the top with a "blanket" of mayonnaise diluted in boiling water. Cover the baking sheet with a lid or foil (form a lid from food foil) and put it in the oven for 60-80 minutes at T = 200-220 * C. check the readiness with a fork.
At the end of cooking, open the lid and bake the dish until golden brown (15-20 minutes).
