  1. I didn’t weigh anything for the filling, I took everything by eye. Finely chop the mushrooms and onions and fry. Cool. Add grated cheese, chopped herbs and a little soaked and finely chopped dried apricots. Dried apricots are my secret. Fill the bread with milk for a few minutes.
  2. Grate the onion on a coarse grater. Add onion and pressed bread to the beef. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add semolina, crushed garlic and egg. Mix everything thoroughly. The filling turns out watery.
  4. On a flat dish, pour a fairly thick layer of breadcrumbs.
