- 3 tablespoons Semolina
- 1 piece Potato medium
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 1 piece Onion medium
- 3 cloves Garlic
- Salt to taste
- Sunflower oil 2 tbsp in minced meat, for frying, to taste
Breading:
- 100 gram Hard cheese
- 3 pieces Bread dried crusts
- 1 teaspoon Seasoning (Italian herbs)
- 1 teaspoon Red sweet pepper
- 0,5 teaspoon Pepper red chili

Instructions
- Cut up the Turkey meat, put it on into the shredder. I put it there sliced, raw potatoes and ground into mince. Chicken also sliced and shredded with the addition of eggs and onions and garlic. Minced meat shifted in a bowl, poured semolina, salt, added oil and well mixed it up. I prepared breading. Crushed a dried loaf with cheese and poured into a plate. Added pepper, spices and stirred. A spoonful of minced meat rolled in breading forming a cutlet.
