  1. Cut up the Turkey meat, put it on into the shredder. I put it there sliced, raw potatoes and ground into mince. Chicken also sliced and shredded with the addition of eggs and onions and garlic. Minced meat shifted in a bowl, poured semolina, salt, added oil and well mixed it up. I prepared breading. Crushed a dried loaf with cheese and poured into a plate. Added pepper, spices and stirred. A spoonful of minced meat rolled in breading forming a cutlet.
