  1. Diced onion and pepper. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  2. Scroll the fillet in a meat grinder with large holes or take the finished minced meat.
  3. Wash the canned beans. Drain the corn.
  4. Fry the onion in olive oil and squeeze the garlic on it.
  5. Add the minced meat and fry over high heat, breaking the lumps with a spoon. Add the rice and stir.
  6. Add spices, beans, corn, bell pepper, salt and mix.
  7. Pour in tomatoes and broth, add sugar. Stir. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes.
  8. Add the grated cheese, stir, then cook for a couple of minutes. Done. Adjust to taste.
  9. Serve hot.
