Peel the onion and garlic and finely chop them. Cut the bell pepper into strips.
Cut the chicken breast into thin strips.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, it should be very hot, almost steaming. Put the onion and garlic in a frying pan and fry for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Then add the chicken, fry it for 2 minutes, the meat should turn white and slightly browned, but should not give juice. Do not forget to stir.
Add the bell pepper and green peas, pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the boiled rice to the pan, pour in the remaining soy sauce and add sugar. Mix everything well so that the rice is evenly distributed and absorbs the sauce, turn down the heat and cook for another 2 minutes.
