For everyone who loves chocolate covered in chocolate, I suggest baking a quick and delicious cake. It is not difficult to cook it, it turns out to be very juicy and very chocolatey!
Drive the eggs into a deep container, add a pinch of salt, sugar, vanilla sugar and beat with a mixer so that the eggs brighten and increase in volume.
Add vegetable oil, kefir, sift flour, cocoa and baking powder. Mix well with a spoon or mixer into a homogeneous mass.
Grease the parchment with oil. Cover the baking dish with parchment and pour out the dough. We bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
While the cake is baking, prepare the icing. Put butter, sugar, milk and cocoa in a saucepan. While stirring, bring to a boil, reduce heat, boil over low heat for 3-4 minutes.
Cut the finished hot pie with a sharp knife into squares or rhombuses as you like.
Fill the hot cake with hot icing. You can also prick it with a toothpick so that the glaze penetrates better and soaks it better. We leave it until it cools completely.
