  1. These are our products. It is better to mix the products at room temperature, but if there is no time, you can melt at least butter. There is a little sugar in the recipe, and the pancakes are not very sweet, but this is compensated by serving them with chocolate sauce / syrup, condensed milk or jam. In a bowl, whisk together the egg, soft butter and sugar.
  2. Then pour in the milk and mix. Then sift the dry ingredients directly into the mixture: wheat flour, baking powder and cocoa, mix with a whisk.
  3. Add pieces of chopped chocolate or chocolate drops.
  4. Preheat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly oil it. For each pancake, take 1-2 full tablespoons of dough. Fry immediately on a medium-power burner, with a minimum amount of oil, on both sides.
  5. In parallel, prepare the chocolate sauce. In a small saucepan, heat 100 ml of milk or cream (of any fat content) almost to a boil, remove from the stove. Add 60-100 g of crushed chocolate and let stand for 2 minutes. After this time, stir until you get a homogeneous chocolate sauce. Serve the pancakes warm with chocolate sauce!
