Instructions
  1. These are our products. It is better to mix products at room temperature, but if there is no time, you can melt at least the butter. There is a little sugar in the recipe, and the pancakes are not very sweet, but this is compensated by serving them with chocolate sauce/syrup, condensed milk or jam. In a bowl, mix the egg, soft butter and sugar with a whisk to combine.
  2. Then pour in the milk and stir. Then sift the dry ingredients directly into the mixture: wheat flour, baking powder and cocoa, mix with a whisk.
  3. Add pieces of sliced chocolate or chocolate drops.
  4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly oil it. For each pancake, take 1-2 full tablespoons of dough. Fry immediately on the medium power of the burner, with a minimum amount of oil, on both sides.
  5. In parallel, prepare the Chocolate sauce. In a small saucepan, heat 100 ml of milk or cream (any fat content), almost to a boil, remove from the burner. Add 60-100 g of chopped chocolate and let stand for 2 minutes. After this time, stir until a smooth chocolate sauce is created. Serve the pancakes warm with chocolate sauce!
  6. Enjoy with a Cup of coffee! Very tasty with a glass of milk. Pancakes can also be served as an Express dessert with ice cream and fruit!
  7. And just look at the texture of these pancakes! They are fluffy and velvety like a good biscuit. The perfect way to start your day for a good mood!
