  1. Chop the chicken breast in a blender, add spices, soft cheese (I have Philadelphia) and pre-boiled peas (if you don’t like peas, you can not add or replace with spinach. Spinach will give your taste. Try it and decide what you like best!) Peas can be left whole or chopped together with meat, it’s a matter of taste. Mix well.
  2. Boil the rice, let it cool.
  3. Peel the onion and garlic and slice them randomly. Fry in olive oil for a couple of minutes. Peel the mushrooms, chop them, add them to the onion. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Add spices and rice. Let cool, grind in a blender.
  4. Put the minced meat with peas on a sheet of foil or food wrap. Stepping back from the edges, lay out the mushroom filling with rice. Sprinkle the filling with chopped nuts and chopped dill. Roll up the roll. Put the roll in the cold for an hour.
  5. Before serving, garnish with chopped dill and pink pepper on top. Cut the roll into portions.
