Chicken breast grind in a blender, add spices, soft cheese (I have Philadelphia) and pre-boiled peas (if you do not like peas, you can not add or replace with spinach. Spinach will give your taste. Try and decide what you like best!)
Peas can be left whole or ground together with meat, it's a matter of taste. Stir well.
Boil rice, allow to cool.
Peel the onion and garlic and chop them at random. Fry in olive oil for a couple of minutes.
Peel the mushrooms, cut, add to the onion.
Fry for 2-3 minutes. Add spices and rice. Let cool, grind in a blender.
Put minced meat with peas on a sheet of foil or food film.
Stepping back from the edges, put the mushroom stuffing with rice.
Sprinkle the filling with chopped nuts and chopped dill.
Roll the roll. Put the roll in the cold for an hour.
Before serving, decorate the top with chopped dill and pink pepper.
