  2. Nuts, seeds, dried apricots and prunes soak for 2 hours in cold boiled water. Then drain the water. Nuts, seeds and sugar to grind in paste by means of a blender, adding juice.

  3. Form to lay a polyethylene. More than half ( approximately 2/3 ) of the paste is put into a mold and flatten covering the bottom and sides of the form. Put the jam and level it.

  4. Bananas cut into wheels. Dried apricots and prunes strips. On the jam put half of bananas, put a layer of prunes on top.

  6. Close the top of the paste residues. Close the film and put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
