Assorted vegetables (frozen: broccoli, carrots, beans, green peas, Brussels sprouts)

for sprinkling vegetables, to taste

Instructions
From the vegetable mixture, tomatoes, peppers and onions, make the first part of the sheepskin coat and sprinkle with oil.
Put the fish, salt, pepper, turn the fish over and repeat the procedure. Put some dill.
Now we make the second part of the sheepskin coat from the remaining tomatoes, onions and peppers, sprinkle with oil.
Put in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and open the parchment.
