Chop the onion and pickled cucumbers in a food processor using cutting knives. Squeeze out excess juice with your hands.
Put the onion and cucumber, boiled eggs, liver, cheese, salt, pepper in the bowl of the combine and chop everything with a carving knife. The pate turned out.
Defrost the dough, roll it out a little, cut it into narrow strips and twist it into cones (I have homemade ones).
Bake until golden brown and cool.
Fill the puff cones with ready-made pate and serve to the table.
