For streusel: fry the oat flakes, stirring constantly, in a dry frying pan until golden brown. Remove from heat and let cool.
Mix golden-colored oat flakes, oat bran, cocoa and sugar. Mix it.
Pour vegetable oil and chop into crumbs with your hands.
For the cottage cheese filling: mix cottage cheese, eggs, sour cream and corn starch in a bowl.
Whisk thoroughly with a blender into a homogeneous creamy mass.
Add sugar and beat thoroughly again.
Pour half of the streusel into a baking dish (diameter 20 cm, bottom covered with baking paper), distribute and lightly tamp.
Carefully pour in the curd filling.
Sprinkle the remaining streusel evenly on top.
We send it to bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 50-55 minutes. Then turn off the oven and let the casserole cool.
