For the preparation of cottage cheese cookies, I take fine-grained, not dry cottage cheese in packs (2 packs of 180 g). I send it to a deep bowl, then add a piece of softened butter at room temperature, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and yolks. Mix well. Add flour, baking powder and knead the dough.
Drain the liquid, additionally dry the raisins with a paper towel, add to the dough and mix well.
With two spoons spread small mounds of dough on a baking sheet, covered with parchment.
Bake cookies in a preheated 180 °C oven until pale Golden on top, an average of 20-25 minutes (focus on your oven).
