  1. Put the cottage cheese in a deep bowl.
  2. Add the egg.
  3. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt.
  4. Mix with an immersion blender.

  14. From the cooled dough, form balls (about the size of a walnut), roll in powdered sugar, put on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, slightly smooth out;
  15. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes;
