  1. 1. Beat the egg with salt, sugar and vanilla sugar; 2. Add milk, cottage cheese, butter and mix; 3. Grate the lemon zest and squeeze the lemon juice; 4. Add flour with baking powder and mix thoroughly until smooth; 5. Fry the pancakes over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
