- Cakes: Melt the chocolate with butter (in a water bath or mixer). Beat eggs with sugar (2-3 minutes) until fluffy. Add the chocolate to the egg mixture and stir. Mix the flour with cocoa and salt and add to the chocolate mass. Gently mix with a spoon (stir until a homogeneous dough is obtained, no more) Place the mass on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
- We put it to bake in a preheated 170 degree oven (the brownie will be ready when a toothpick stuck in the middle of the pie "comes out" wet, but not wet). Remove the brownies from the oven, let them cool at room temperature, and then put them in the freezer for 2-3 hours (this is done so that the brownies freeze better and it is easier to cut them). Remove the brownies from the freezer, cut into squares and.. bon appetit:) The original recipe specifies a baking time of 25 minutes.. Usually I bake so many brownies, but here after 25 minutes the cake became almost liquid and only after 40 minutes I got the desired consistency of the cake.. So, focus on your oven.. Maybe 25 minutes will be enough for you.
