  1. Whisk the whites until a white foam forms;

  3. Form 8 sticks (it’s very simple, since they don’t fall apart);
  4. Bake in a preheated 200° oven for 30 minutes. Prepare 8 healthy curd sticks. They retain their shape and have a delicious taste (crispy on top, inside a tender mass with crispy peanuts).
