Grind oat flakes in a blender (I prefer not to flour, but larger);
Beat cold egg whites with a mixer until white foam;
Grind the peanuts (I prefer not to crumble to crunch);
Mix all ingredients. From the resulting mass to form 4 buns. Put in a preheated 190° oven for 15 minutes. Without pulling out the pastries turn on the oven to 240° and bake for another 15 minutes (until Golden brown).
In one bun 240 grams, 570 calories, 37.2 proteins, 17.9 fats, 65.1 carbohydrates and solid benefits. They're perfectly satisfying.
