Very tasty chicken with buckwheat. This dish is great because you can prepare the main course and side dish at the same time and you will have time for yourself or your family. Simple, fast, and most importantly very tasty.
Seasonings (turmeric, paprika, oregano), as well as salt and pepper are mixed with vegetable oil. Let it brew a little while we prepare the chicken drumsticks.
In a large bowl, marinate the chicken drumsticks. We pre-washed and dried them. Pour the shins with vegetable oil and seasonings and carefully coat them. Set aside for 30 minutes to marinate.
Peel the onion. Cut into small cubes.
Finely chop the garlic.
Carrots are cleaned, grated on a grater.
In a preheated frying pan, greased with vegetable oil, fry the garlic.
And then onion until transparent.
Next, we send the carrots to the pan and simmer under a closed lid until ready.
When the vegetables are ready, pour the buckwheat into the pan. Mix so that little and the juice from the vegetables completely envelops the buckwheat.
In a heat-resistant form, we spread buckwheat with vegetables.
Then pickled chicken drumsticks. Pour tomato paste with diluted water.
We send it to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Serve the finished dish sprinkled with herbs. You can also prepare a salad of fresh vegetables.
