Dietary Royal Cheesecake Recipe
Not a gram of butter, sugar and wheat flour! Only healthy products! The recipe came from my head. To be honest, when I was cooking, I wasn’t sure about the taste, but it was in vain! It’s so delicious… crispy cinnamon-flavored crust, tender and softened banana filling… and only 150 kcal per 100 grams. Everyone losing weight or just watching their health is recommended to bake a cheesecake for breakfast with a cup of coffee!

Ingredients
Dough:
  • 200gram Oat flour1.5 cups. It is possible to grind oat flakes
  • 3tablespoons Honeyliquid
  • 1/2teaspoon Sodaslaked with vinegar
  • 1/2teaspoon Cinnamon
Filling:
Instructions
  1. For the dough, mix all the ingredients until crumbs form.
  2. For the filling, whisk all the ingredients with a blender until a paste-like mass is obtained.
  3. Lightly grease the mold with vegetable oil, put 2/3 of the crumb, and put the filling with the remaining crumbs.
  4. And bake at a temperature of 180 g. 15-20 minutes. Everything is very fast and easy!
  5. Let’s cool our pie and enjoy! There are only 150 calories in one serving – perfect for breakfast!
