  1. At the beginning, we brew coffee (50 ml of boiling water and 1 tablespoon of coffee) so that it cools down a little. Mix cream cheese, cottage cheese (rubbed through a sieve, so the pie will turn out tender and there will be no lumps) and sour cream in a deep bowl. Whisk with a blender.
  2. Add soft butter and vanilla sugar. Whisk again.
  3. Pour in the coffee and pour in the sugar. Whisk well with a blender.
  4. We take the form for the Easter cake, I have a height of 12 cm, the length of the upper face is 6 cm, the bottom is 11 cm and we cover it with gauze in two layers.
