Easy Soup “Protein charge” Recipe
This is a diet soup, without re-frying, without saturated meat or chicken broth. Only light vegetable broth, steamed rice, squid with protein and minerals and, of course, unsurpassed soy sauce.

  1. First of all, the truth is prepared from the ingredients listed in the “Broth” section. To do this, put all the spices in cold water, bring to a boil and cook at moderate heat for 30 minutes. Strain the broth, we will cook soup on it, the rest of the contents can be disposed of at will.
  2. Bring to a boil. Rinse the rice well in cold water, pour it into the broth. A mixture of wild and steamed white rice turns out to be very fragrant. Infused for 30 minutes. Rice never sticks together and does not introduce starch into the broth. If you use a different kind of rice, orient the packaging according to the cooking time.
  3. 15 minutes after adding rice, add broccoli inflorescences to the soup. If it has been frozen, rinse it with boiling water. Cook for another 15 minutes.
  4. Cooking squid. Peeled squid is simply sliced. If they are not cleaned, then they need to be washed with boiling water, then all films are easily removed from them.
  5. When the cooking time is up, turn off the heat. Add the chopped squid and soy sauce. Close the lid and let the soup brew for 10 minutes. During this time, the squid will be ready. Add salt to taste.
  6. The soup is ready! To taste, you can add lemon juice.
