Stuffed eggs, in my opinion, are one of the simplest and fastest snacks that exist. You can fill the halves with various pate, salad or mousse. The advantage of this snack is that the portion is portioned and at the same time small. This filling was prepared for the first time, my husband and I really liked it. It turned out to be tender and satisfying!

  1. Boil the eggs.
  2. Divide the peeled eggs in half and remove the yolk.
  3. Put egg yolks, cheese and ham in the bowl of a food processor.
  4. Cut with the “knife” attachment.
  5. In a matter of seconds, a homogeneous mass was obtained.
  6. Add sour cream, mayonnaise and a little black pepper. Mix it.
  7. Fill the halves with protein. Enjoy your meal.
