Envelopes of Pita with Turkey and Cheese Recipe
This fast food is very popular at picnics, both children and adults. A great option for a snack. These envelopes can be prepared in advance at home and only reheat on the grill, and give them a more appetizing look.

Instructions
  1. For cooking, you can take any Turkey fillet, I prefer – thigh. Twist the thigh fillet with green and onion and parsley in a meat grinder.
  2. Add salt and pepper mixture to the minced meat and mix well.
  3. Fry the minced meat in vegetable oil until tender over medium heat.
  4. This snack is recommended to cook at home, and on a picnic to warm up on the grill. We take pita bread, I have a wheat roll. I like it better, not so dry.
  5. We cut the roll into strips in width, commensurate with the plate of cheese that we will wrap. Convenient to cut with scissors. We will need 2 strips for each envelope. I have strips of 8×27 cm.
  6. Put the strips “cross” on top of each other.
  7. In the middle, put 2 tablespoons of slightly cooled minced meat.
  8. Put 2-3 thin circles of tomatoes on the minced meat for juiciness.
  9. Next, put a plate of cheese.
  10. Wrap the bottom ends of the strip tightly up first.
  11. And then the upper ones. We do it tightly so that the envelope does not fall apart. In this form, we bring the envelope to a picnic and bake it on the grill on burnt coals.
  12. I baked it at home on a grill pan. The pan can be greased with oil, or you can dry it. Put the envelope “seam” down on a hot pan.
  13. Bake the envelope on both sides until beautiful stripes, 1-2 minutes on each side.
  14. Serve the appetizer immediately hot.
  15. Bon Appetit!!!
  16. Enjoy.
