Ingredients

For filing:

Condensed milk
Instructions
Slice a banana.
In a bowl, break an egg, mix with condensed milk, banana.
Heat a frying pan with vegetable or butter. Put the pita bread on a baking sheet, then pour the filling into the center of the pita bread.
Roll it into an envelope.
Fry on both sides until golden brown. Pour condensed milk over the finished envelope and garnish with a banana. Serve hot.
