  1. Prepare a salty cracker. Chop it in a food processor. Melt the butter on the stove or in the microwave. Mix the cracker and butter.
  2. Place the ring on a serving dish. Tightly tamp the base of the cracker and butter. Put it in the refrigerator while the creamy curd layer is being prepared.
  3. Prepare trout, dill, cream, cream cheese, gelatin.
  4. Preheat the cream and dilute the gelatin in them until completely dissolved.
  5. Mix cream with dissolved gelatin and cottage cheese. Finely chop the trout, mix with dill greens. Add to the creamy curd mass.
  6. Remove the base from the refrigerator, put a creamy curd layer on it. Leave in the refrigerator until the gelatin hardens.
  7. Decorate the completely frozen cheesecake as desired. I decorated it with red caviar and greens.
