  1. Fish fillet cut into portions, pour lemon juice, a little salt. Leave it aside.
  2. Peel the pepper from the seeds, cut into strips. Peel the carrots and cut them into small circles. Cut the onion into feathers. Peel the garlic and cut it into slices. Peel the zucchini and cut it into small circles.
  3. 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil pour into a frying pan, add the chopped garlic, pepper, carrot, zucchini and onion. Fry for about 10 minutes, stirring.
  4. Place the finished vegetables on a paper towel.
  5. Wipe the pan with a paper napkin, pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, put the fish fillet, fry on both sides for a couple of minutes on each side, until tender. Keep the fish pieces intact. Cut the tomato into two parts and fry in the same pan. (photo lost)
